Cross-training Event - Countdown to May 17th starts with a simple warm-up before the fun begins. The class will be conducted in a typical cross-training format with stations - beyond that, anything can happen. Here, it's the instructors who decide, but expect good old-fashioned May 17th games like potato sack races, (slam)ball throwing, and relays. We promise sweat and sore laughter muscles. Absolutely no prior knowledge of either cross-training or May 17th is necessary, and the class is suitable for everyone. We're looking forward to it...
